Ideal fit
Growth stage
Teams of roughly 5–200 people moving from improvisation to structure, where operations have to mature without slowing the business down.
Mindset
Founders and leaders who want hours and error rates quantified before anyone buys a tool or writes a workflow.
Trigger moment
Headcount you can't justify, a system migration, a compliance requirement, or a support queue growing faster than the team behind it.
Fixed-fee engagements
Fixed-scope engagements that deliver working systems — across two tracks. Pick the one that matches your trigger, or combine tracks where the problem sits between them.
Ops Program 1
A quantified map of where your team's hours actually go, with a prioritised build order and expected savings.
2 weeks
Ops Program 2
AI triage, drafted replies and routing for shared inboxes, helpdesks and WhatsApp — your team only touches the exceptions.
4–6 weeks
Ops Program 3
Quotes, invoices, contracts and forms parsed, validated and pushed into your systems without a single copy-paste.
4–8 weeks
Ops Program 4
Lead enrichment, follow-up sequences, CRM hygiene and client onboarding checklists that run themselves.
4–6 weeks
Ops Program 5
Approvals, reconciliations, payroll prep and supplier admin turned into monitored workflows with clean audit trails.
6–8 weeks
Ops Program 6
Operational and financial reporting assembled, checked and delivered on schedule, with anomalies flagged.
4 weeks
Ops Program 7
The undocumented knowledge in people's heads captured as usable SOPs — the foundation every automation depends on.
3–5 weeks
AI Program 1
An assistant grounded in your own SOPs, product docs and data — answers your staff can trust, not generic chat.
6–8 weeks
AI Program 2
Policy, tooling and training so your team adopts AI with intent rather than through a dozen unmanaged accounts.
4 weeks
AI Program 3
Connecting the tools you already pay for: CRMs, ERPs, ticketing, spreadsheets, billing and custom databases.
3–6 weeks
AI Program 4
Small purpose-built apps and dashboards that replace the spreadsheet everyone quietly depends on.
4–8 weeks
AI Program 5
One reliable source of truth, with the ingestion and validation needed before automation can be trusted.
4–6 weeks
AI Program 6
Move past the demo — ship an AI feature your customers use and your team can run reliably.
8–12 weeks
Not sure which track or program fits? A 30-minute discovery call is enough to figure it out.
Ongoing support
For continuous improvement, fractional leadership and reactive specialist work once the first workflows are live.
Ongoing
A standing block of build and improvement time each month — new workflows, tuning and monitoring without a new engagement each time.
From $2k /month
Ongoing
Senior process and systems leadership embedded part-time, for teams not ready to hire a full-time ops or transformation lead.
From $4k /month
Specialist
A stalled implementation, a broken integration or an automation nobody trusts — diagnosed and put back on track.
From $180 /hour
Specialist
An independent read on what to buy, what to build and what to switch off, based on your processes rather than a vendor's demo.
Fixed fee
How it works
A short discovery of how work actually flows today — where the time, errors and handoffs go.

About
Intelis is led by Sannan Ijaz. My career has been spent inside the messy middle of organisations — between the people doing the work and the systems meant to support them. Business analysis, process design, service delivery, customer success and product: different labels for the same job of finding where effort leaks and fixing it.
That work has run across global enterprises, mid-sized operators and early-stage startups, in functions from operations and support to sales, finance ops, supply chain and IT. Every one of them had the same pattern: capable people spending their week on work that a well-designed system should be handling.
In 2025 I built an AI product for customer support teams, and that shaped how Intelis works today. We don't start with the AI. We start with your process, quantify where the hours go, and only then automate — so the result is something your team actually adopts rather than another tool they route around.
Where that experience comes from
Ticketing, servicing and disruption workflows for global travel systems.
Adoption, onboarding and retention programmes across large software portfolios.
Delivery, incident management and legacy system overhauls for enterprise clients.
Company-wide property and facilities management system rollouts.
Production line studies, warehouse throughput and cost reduction programmes.
Building AI products for support teams and lean operating models from scratch.
